Does the worker pay anything?
Never. Placement is billed to the employer. A worker who is charged for access ends up representing the middleman instead of himself — that is the model we exist to replace.
What if he cannot read or write?
Then Kaamyaabi still works. The entire flow can be run by voice in Urdu or Punjabi — the agent speaks back, and every decision it needs from him is a yes or a no.
Can the agent message people without asking him?
No. Every outbound action is drafted, shown to him in his own language, and sent only on an explicit yes. Each message it sends in his name is written back into his chat.
How do you stop fake profiles?
Identity and phone are verified through Auth0 — one verified person, one profile, one number. An agent cannot list a worker he has never met, and a worker cannot be impersonated or resold.
Why WhatsApp and not an app?
Because he already has it, already trusts it, and it already handles voice. An install is a wall; a chat is a conversation he is having thirty times a day anyway.
